Reservation Form

We'll post a printer friendly reservation form as soon as the dates are set.

Please note that you must have a passport for this trip.

The reservation form will ask you for your full legal name (as written on your passport), date of birth, address, phone, email, name and phone of roommate, emergency contact information.

Smoking - Strict smoking policies have come into effect for public places!
As far as we know, our accommodations are considered Non-Smoking.
If you desire a smoking room, let us know so we can give the hotel a heads up and see if it is possible.

Diet Restrictions - Please let us know if you have any medical diet restrictions, allergies or preferences (i.e., vegetarian). We can advise the hotel restaurants and they will try to accommodate your requests.
